Completed the ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 to 10.3.1 Update last night.
It took about four hours with only one problem about ArcGIS Server Account's user name.
"User name is longer than 20 characters"
Logging a ticket with support this morning to have that changed to work with typical Active Directory domain needs of 64 characters.
