I'm working with the ArcGIS Online Basic Web App Viewer for the first time and had a question about expanding the click-able radius of a feature on the map.
The application works fine on a computer with a mouse, but I think that the audience for this particular webmap will mostly be mobile users, as such, I would like to increase the onClick radius to compensate for smaller screen devices and non-stylus users. From the demo map (link included), I would like to increase the click radius to approximately the width of the Prague feature, instead of the smaller clickable radius is constant for all features on a map.

I'm sure that this is a matter of changing one attribute in the javascript, but I'm still learning the language and honestly don't have a great grasp of the mechanics of a web page.
In short, I want to make the map friendlier for mobile users by making the margin of error wider for any given click on the map by expanding the radius that a click event will activate a map feature.
Any help would be great!
