I'm watching a webinar about ArcGIS Excalibur. Is it included in the Higher Ed site license?
ArcGIS Excalibur is included in the Education Institution Agreement, which is the "next-gen" Education Site License. When your institution's license is updated to the new program, ArcGIS Excalibur will be available to you. Donna Genzmer
