The 12th annual State of the Cities report identifies the unique challenges and opportunities facing cities, towns and villages across the United States, offering a comprehensive analysis of community priorities in 2025.   This is essential information if you work in municipal GIS. It is critical that you align your work to support the priorities of executives and elected officials. This report helps document those priorities.

@AdamCarnow   Thanks for posting this very important link - As most GIS Geeks probably know, the US is one of 3 countries in the whole world that has NOT published at the United Nations a report of how well we are doing in the US achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Sad, but true.  Although it is not because we are not capable of preparing our progress, in all 50 US states achieving the 17 SDGs.  No it is also not because our national government is out of touch with how to achieve significant progress against any or all of the 17 Goals, using the globally agreed targets and indicators.

The State of US cities report provide a great way to collect and map the data nationally.  Any one interested in helping out?
