WOW!   2 books that are really worth reading – 1) The Power of Where and 2) Telling Stories with Maps – (Allen Caroll).

The 62 minute video (first of 10 videos in this folder) made at the UC in San Diego this month is really noteworthy.

The President and Founder of ESRI introduces the conference to the senior executives who most probably are not engaged in the SDG challenge (even though the 15 year challenge which began in 2015 is in its last 5 years).  How can that have happened?

It’s a busy world.  Getting executives together will always be important, especially assembling business executives from almost every sector.

Allow me to introduce yet another reading to everyone – ‘Closing the Climate and Disaster Insurance Protection Gap’.  Produced by Synergy Solutions for yet another conference, a High Level Political Forum (HLPF) that was happening at about the same time in New York at the United Nations HQ.  Closing the Climate and Disaster Insurance Protection Gap

I kept wondering how many of the UC participants might wish to take up a challenge to join me at a UN meeting in New York in this decade?  Why, of course, but to introduce them and their organizations to an 80 year old organizations that needs their help.    Anyone wishing more information, simply reply to this post.
