Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Performs experienced professional work on multiple large-scale projects and technologies as a team leader and project leader. Supervision is given to technical personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field PLUS three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technology. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience with the following: GIS concepts and best practices, in-depth data, and application development; maintaining and troubleshooting GIS Server and Image Server; Python and JavaScript programming skills, including creating/writing programs, testing, and execution in a workplace environment; Web AppBuilder, Web Experience, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Online and mobile applications, including Survey123 and Mobile Worker; analyzing and modifying ArcGIS Enterprise back-end configurations; ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and Data Store; ArcGIS API, ArcGIS REST API, and ArcGIS Arcade; creating and maintaining process improvement tools, including ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Dynamic Value tables for Attribute Assistant; creating, reviewing, and maintaining batch files for automation of repetitive GIS processes; handling data migration workflows; building efficient applications for multi-disciplinary department heads and their organizations, providing effective and timely project results; and creating technical documentation using excellent writing and verbal skills and the ability to have effective communication with peers. Experience working with the following is preferred: SQL Server RDBMS Architecture and Maintenance; Monitor Server; ArcSDE and multi-level versioned data; ESRI Spatial Analyst; and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME).
