Subject: Data Visualization Dashboard Contract
Description: The conservation successes that have protected many important open spaces and make the Wood River Valley of central Idaho an incredible place rely on storytelling. With this project, the Wood River Land Trust seeks to create a data visualization dashboard to enhance our storytelling. Through maps, we can show the lands we’ve protected, the habitats we’re restoring, and how land use planning can protect wildlife migration and manage water in a scarce environment. The development of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) dashboard should allow users to visualize, analyze, and manage spatial data. The platform should convert complex geographic datasets into actionable, real-time visual insights for WRLT’s communications to public users and collaborations with partner organizations.
