The GIS Day 2025 event was successfully held at the main conference hall of the National Council for Economic and Social Development (NCESD) headquarters.
The event commenced with a supportive speech delivered by Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Aoud, the Acting Director General of the NCESD, ans Dr. Akram Elkaseh is the Director General of the Center. A selection of GIS specialists, researchers, and university/institute students attended the event.
Seven specialized presentations were delivered during the day, covering various applications and technologies of Geographic Information Systems (GIS):

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation and Recognition to the participating speakers.
