GIS Day Promo Code Invalid

I am writing for the organizing committee of GeoPlan 1.0, an event we successfully hosted in celebration of GIS Day at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh.

As part of this initiative, we received a promo code provided by Esri. However, when I attempt to purchase the ArcGIS Personal Use license using this promo code, the system shows that the promo code is invalid. I have verified the code multiple times, but the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can proceed with the purchase.
