Tool for adding a new row/feature

Hi there,

I'm just wondering why there is no tool in the ESRI Toolboxes to add a single (empty or with attribute data) feature to a feature class. I'm sure I did an exhaustive search for such tool and I couldn't find.

You have to roll your own with an Insert Cursor.
(some assembly required)
