Simple map co-ordinates?

I have co-ordinates tha tI'd like to put on a map using ArcMap,
I know this may sound simple but any help would be great!

You're request is a little vague. You can manually add a marker to your map:

1. Turn on the Draw toolbar (if necessary)
2. Change the drawing tool (usually a rectangle by default) to a marker/point.
3. Hit Shift-F6 and type in your coordinates.

Is this what you mean?
