I have two point shapefiles, I need to find the distances of the first point shape file to multiple points in the second point shapefile of all points that are within 0.25 miles. I know I could accomplish this with the point distance function but I do not have ArcInfo. I currently have ArcView 9.3.1 with the spatial analyst extension.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
