Model Builder - Inline Substitution or Parent/Child Inheritance

I have created a model using model builder where I create a coded domain, add domain values and then create a feature class within the specified geodatabase within a feature dataset. I'm looking for a way to select the geodatabase from the location of the feature dataset or if i select the geodatabase the feature dataset is selected through inheritance of some sort. I've attached a graphic of my current model, any help would be appreciated....
