Hi all,
sorry for this basic question. I'm new in GIS. I need to do interpolation of rainfall data. I have rain data measured at several stations and need to get the rain levels at the county/or city level. The rain data is in a point feature and the county in shapefile. I would like to take into account also elevation ( altitude). How can I do this? Can someone provide me with some resources to look at?
