How can line segments be merged based on a specific domain value on a mass scale?

Have a line feature that was broken into several line segments (each transmission structure) and now want to stitch them back together into single line segments based on segment naming convention or field domain value.  Can this be done on a mass scale with model builder?  Only way I could do it is by selecting by each domain value and then hit merge.  Problem is, there are 286 of them.
