I am trying to figure out a way to ignore the "0" zero value in a field when using the "min" statistic type in the dissolve tool. I am working with a street segment file and when the address information is missing a "0" (zero) value shows up. This becomes a problem when using the "min" statistic while running the dissolve tool because the output shows "0" (zero) as my beginning address. I have attached a .xlsx file with a mocked up example. When dissolving on the Segment_ID field and using the "min" statistic my address range becomes 0 - 1998 and 0 - 1999 rather than 500 - 1998 and 501 - 1999. Any suggestions?

I have tried changing the "0" zero values to NULL and running the dissolve. Although the dissolve actually works the output values are incorrect. Sometimes the NULL values stay NULL through the dissolve (which I expected) but other times the NULL values take the values of neighboring roads once the dissolve is finished.

I appreciate any help
