Disperse Marker for Lines

Hello! Trying to disperse overlapping line segments to symbolize different categories on road corridors.
I offset them just using the offset effect in the symbology properties, but it leaves gaps on some segments where only two or three of the categories are present (like the gap between the yellow and blue line on the N-S segment furthest to the left).
Is there a tool like Disperse Markers that can be used for lines?
