While running arctool (example: "create fishnet") it takes some memory from "C" drive ? . I changed "TEMP" and "TMP" environment variable to point D:\temp , even though it is taking space in C drive . Is there any way to avoid this ?
It is probably that your default geodatabase is still pointing to your user space on c:

Hi actually I am running "Create fishnet" arctool . Input file(layer from FGDB) is coming from "D" drive and out I am storing it is D drive file database. No where I am using default geodatabase.
I am running the tool from arccatalog.
