Hello
I want to create a XY-position (point) within each municipality polygon (i have approx. 1000), which fullfills the following:
-Next to a the biggest river in the municipalities area (described by values from 1-10 as polyline)
-At the lowest point next to this river (raster data)
I really appreciate anything that might help to solve my problem.
