Does anyone know if ArcGis 10 calculates Bivariate Moran´s I?
Thank you very much.

Not sure about this one, but Global Moran's I is available.

Check this thread for more information and the Spatial Statistics toolbox tools. Maybe you could find something that could be helpful.

No, bivariate Moran's-I and LISA are not available in ArcGIS. However the Python library PySAL (http://code.google.com/p/pysal/) does have these statistics available, so could plausibly can be coded as a ArcGIS tool. Some alternatives are the spdep package in R or the GUI software(s) OpenGeoDA (http://geodacenter.asu.edu/) and PASSaGE (http://www.passagesoftware.net/).
