Hello all,
We have somewhat successfully migrated from Oracle to SQL. There is however an issue when trying to open up Process Manager (Designer). We keep getting this: The user does not have Write permissions to access table MM_PX_HISTORY. Provider Message: Operation is not allowed in this context.
The user does have all the permissions. Therefore, it doesn't make sense that we can't get in.
Has anyone encountered this problem and was able to resolve it? Please, share your insight.

PS: We are using ArcGIS 10.6.1 with the same version for ArcFM.
