From SDE 10.6.1 on SQL 2014 ENT, I have some ghost replicas left over from a years ago TS case. The feature services that spawned them are long gone. How to remove them?

You can try to remove them using the Delete Version—Help | ArcGIS Desktop GP tool.
Here is a KB article: How To: Determine if there are orphaned replica system versions in the geodatabase
Tried that before I posted. There are no versions to delete.
Ok, good to know. You may have to contact support and see if there is a script for removing those versions safely.
Hi @ThomasColson,
I have the same issue. Running the tool and specifying an orphaned version return 999999.
How did you manage to get rid of them ?
Thanks
