Error creating on Failed to Register as versioned DBMS Table not found ORA-00942 Table or View does not exists

I am receiving an error when registering a feature class on  Enterprise Geodatabase or when creating a view for SQL access Oracle using ArcGIS 10.8 or 10.8.1.

Further, I am not seeing this table XXXSign1 in ArcCatalog but GDB_Items table. It was pre-existing and need to be removed/deleted. Any solutions, please.

Not sure if you resolved your issue. I would try creating a table via ArcGIS app with the exact name. If successful, delete it via app. Finally, try registering the FC with geodatabase?
