Deploying GDB FC Structure Changes (field length, field name, and field alias, domain value etc) between multiple enterprise geodatabase environment

Hello Esri Community,

Before I go on a custom route (e.g. Python Script tool), are there out of box tools in ArcGIS Pro to carry out following operation:

1) Apply following minor structure changes matching source FC (DEV environment) to target FC (PROD environment)

- Field Length ,  Field Name Change, Field Alias Change, Domain Values (Basically to update FC's properties matching source assuming that there is no schema lock in place in Target FC)
