Cant access data through Scheme Lock

I created several .GDBs months ago, I use them daily and  I've never had an issue opening them. Suddenly there is a schema lock and I cant acquire the data. I can open and edit the data that already loaded in the maps I work with but I cant open the .GDB in catalogue or add new data from the GDB to my map.

I am the only one accessing this data and I am the data owner.

No programs that access the .GDB are open

I have cleared lock files and workplace cache data, closed and reopened the program and rebooted my computer

I've tried googling solutions and I don't understand how to get to the locks page and I cant find anything else that would be causing this that wouldn't have been cleared by my above actions.

If you are an administrator, you can remove the other person using that data and that removes the lock. You can access the locks view by following this documentation:
Manage geodatabase locks—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

Sorry This isn't helpful- As stated no one else is accessing the data and I can't seem to figure out how to do step 1 on the link you provided

  1. Start ArcGIS Pro and connect to the geodatabase as the dataset owner.

How do I connect as the owner?
