ArcGIS can load TFW files. I found ESRI's definition of TFW files, but I still have some questions:
1. Can images from oblique cameras be perfectly aligned with the ground by loading a TFW file?
2. This is easy to do with orthorectified images, but I'm not sure how to calculate the TFW file for oblique camera images.
3. How are the parameters mx, my, k, and t mentioned here calculated?
