Cannot compile ProcessTopologies project.error: cannot open file 'libxml2_a_dllD.lib'

Downloaded "File Geodatabase API 1.3 version for Windows (Visual Studio 2012)" from http://www.esri.com/apps/products/download/.

Using MS Visual Studio 2012 in Windows 8 64-bit.

Using "glut-3.7.6-bin-32and64.zip (0.2 MB)" from http://www.idfun.de/glut64/

Using "LATEST_LIBXML2.gz" from http://www.xmlsoft.org/downloads.html

Copy iconv.h from C:\MinGW\include to ..\FileGDB_API_VS2012_1_3\include

When build the solution, all projects has succeeded, except "ProcessTopologies" project has failed.
It says:
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libxml2_a_dllD.lib'

I'm a newbie in this field, I'm wondering if I configure it right.
Any comment/suggestion would be appreciated.
