I teach at a small community college where I recycle a standard list of user names to my students every year. Last year I began assigning ESRI training web courses as part of my classes. Once these classes are complete, the user is identified as having completed these courses. This is good, but when I use the same user profiles the following year/semester, it appears as though I can't reset the training records of individual users. Is this something that is possible? Thanks for your help.

It is not possible to reset training records. It is highly recommended that each user/student create their own account instead of reusing a set of instructor-created accounts for a class.

Hi Tim, I shared your question over on the Education community. Many other schools set up student accounts for ArcGIS Online and Esri training access each year/semester, and I believe there are some good suggestions out there for managing this.
