To whom it may concern:

I am new to ESRI and I am an Associate Planner with Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians (ACBCI) in Palm Springs, CA. I am just getting started with ArcGIS and not sure what classes to take that may help me with Urban Planning, Habitat Preservation, Indian Reservation Land Mapping, etc., but I thought I would post this so others may assist me in finding the right courses for a beginner such as myself. Our ACBCI Planning Dept. does have a GIS team with five employees and they work with us Planners, but I am trying to learn more on my own and I am just looking for direction so that I can become familiar with ArcGIS, our GIS department's tasks, and how GIS may assist a Planner like me and the tribe I work for. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best Regards,

Mark Tristan
