I am taking the courses but my progress don't save, every time(I have an account already) I have to start from the beginning, someone know how to fix that ?

I'm curious, you mean the ESRI Academy classes?   Are you working through a lesson plan?

I think I've seen something similar, but I think it does know your progress, but may not start where you last left off giving the allusion that it hasn't?  Can you post an example with some screen shots?
