Error accessing ESRI MOOC training website

Hi all, 

I was working on my MOOC training when I couldn't access the training site. I have checked my internet for connectivity, and everything is ok as I am able to access other sites, including my ARCGIS, online. The error I get is as follows: An error occurred while processing your request.

Thank you. I have tried everything there. I have also used a different browser. The error persists.

are you able to access https://www.esri.com/training/my-dashboard/? If so then at the bottom of that page, there is an option to contact via email or phone number (which is given there). You can try contacting ESRI via those options and get their help to troubleshoot the issue.

I’m having trouble accessing ESRI training today (3/5/25).  The browser keeps spinning until I get the 504 Gateway - Time out error. 

Were you able to get it to work on your end?

I'm having issues accessing some videos, e.g. https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/6791143fdc6bc2001a949d0c/designing-gis-applications-with-acces... - I get a message saying "Error loading course". Another video I watched the other day isn't working either. Is there still a problem with Esri Academy today?

I've tried different browsers and devices and it's the same on all.
