I would like to have my GIS students take the foundation exam. If I buy the vouchers for them via my account, is this using a personal or organizational customer number? Or do they need to purchase the voucher through their own accounts? I do have a site license for our own portal...

Hi @AnyaButt you are able to make one purchase for as many vouchers as you'd like rather than having the students purchase and get reimbursed. Please follow the information outlined in this article - Esri Exam Voucher Purchase and Registration. Once you receive your purchase email, you will receive the voucher codes that can then be used by the students to register and take their exam, and you can distribute these as you see fit, as it will be one exam code per exam.
Hi @AnyaButt that's a great question! I have shared this to our Education teams for their feedback on best practices for purchasing and distributing vouchers as an educator since it sounds like you have an account and some licensing with Esri. Are you a K-12 or Higher Education educator?
Individuals may always purchase vouchers directly through Esri Academy by clicking on the exam they wish to take and selecting "purchase" to do so, but education customers may have additional certification voucher options available outside of our program purchase options.
I am a college instructor. Since my institution has provided me with a grant for my students to take the exam, I would like to purchase the vouchers and send them to the students rather than going through the entire process of them purchasing the vouchers and then having to get reimbursed.
