Issue with Esri Certification Exam Termination

I am writing to inform you about an issue I experienced during my Esri certification exam, which was scheduled for 25th January via Pearson Vue.

Prior to the exam, my space and ID proofs were verified without any issues. However, before I could begin the actual exam, my session was terminated by the proctor. 
I have paid $275 for this certification, and this experience has been quite frustrating. I have already raised a complaint with Pearson VUE regarding this matter.
I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you could provide in rescheduling the exam. As I am eager to complete my certification.
