Esri GIS Fundamentals Foundation Certification 2026

Hello I am new to GIS and I am wondering how should I approach to study for the Esri GIS Fundamentals Foundations Certification 2026. I am trying to gear up, but not sure how to start and study for this type of exam? Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated.
