Certification Language Offerings

Just as Esri instructs us to organize ourselves to take the certification, so too Esri should organize the certifications in other languages because you only have the certifications in English. Not only is English a language, there is also Spanish, French, etc. In my case I wanted to get certified in Enterprise but English confuses me with some words. If the exam is in Spanish, the story would have been another.

Correcto, asi como el software esta en varios idiomas certificarse en el uso del mismo deberia poder hacerse en el idioma nativo, por ejemplo español. Ojala que para el 2024 ya se pueda hacer. saludos

I’m from Brazil, and I would like to have the option to take the exam in Brazilian Portuguese. I believe that, with today’s AI capabilities, it would be quite simple for Esri to implement, even if they added a note mentioning that the translation was generated using AI assistance.

In other certifications I’ve taken, such as those from Microsoft and AWS, there’s an option to select your native language. During the exam, there’s a flag icon in the upper-right corner that allows you to switch to English in real time. This helps us check for any translation or interpretation issues, and then we can easily switch back to the translated version by clicking the flag again.

Since Microsoft, AWS, and other organizations also use Pearson to deliver their exams, this feature already exists on the exam platform, it would just need to be enabled with translation support.

It would be great if Esri could consider this option.

I too would like to request that ESRI certification exams be offered in Spanish. We have extremely talented ESL employees, who would benefit from this option. The world is getting smaller, and the workforce more diverse 🙂
