ArcGIS Desktop Entry Cerification Exam Failed

Happy New Year to everyone. My name is Enrique. I have a degree in Geography and I have been working as an ArcGIS Analyst. I did my ArcGIS Desktop Entry certification exam two days ago and I just got my results. I failed. I wanted to ask in this forum if you know how it is possible that this happened to me. I read the 2 books that were recommended to me; I did all the training that ESRI offers, I did the Specialized Program: GIS through Coursera and I have years of experience and knowledge. I was taking the ENTRY level exam and I failed ALL THE SECTIONS! The questions were very simple and I'm sure I had more than 80% answered correctly. I could understand failing one section but not ALL OF THEM. Because the correct answers are not provided, I don't have any clue about how to pass the exam if I decide to retake it. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Not only because of the money, but also because I don't have any idea about if it's possible or not to pass an ESRI exam.

How is your ArcGIS Pro concepts? All the ArcGIS Desktop certifications test you on your working knowledge in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online fundamentals.

There are many Esri certified professionals globally, who have cleared one or more Esri certifications.

My suggestion: Please write to certification@esri.com directly with your query.

Hi Jayanta! Thank you very much for your quick reply. I will write to the certification@esri.com inmediattelly. And I'm not going to give up. I will continue to study harder and try to ask for advice from people who have already passed the exam and have more experience with Esri.
