What is the best practice for EPN Providers?

Being a Provider means you’re ready to sell your app or content offering built on ArcGIS or that extends ArcGIS to the Esri user community.  To help  companies get a jump start, we’ve prepared an EPN Provider Readiness Checklist* divided into four main topic areas:

    1. Product Readiness
    2. Marketing Readiness
    3. Support Readiness
    4. Sales Readiness

EPN Provider (Apps/Content) Readiness Checklist*

Product Readiness

  • The potential provider is out of beta, and actual user testing has been completed

Authorized through a Selling Program, partners can extend content through no-code/low-code app builders  offering focused solutions and specialized functionality that can be used in conjunction with content associated with the customer's ArcGIS Online account
      • User login with OAuth 2.0—ArcGIS end users accounts utilize ArcGIS Online subscriptions and/or ArcGIS Enterprise via User Types, and therefore, all apps deployed with ArcGIS Online (SaaS) must require users to securely sign in to the platform using OAuth 2.0
