Getting to Know Web GIS, Tutorial 4.4

In Tutorial 4.4, which works with a web map, Step 8, the instruction is to click the Forums button, but there is not such button. It mentions working with the Configure Form window, but I don't see that window. Step 11 says to check the Required check box in the Properties pane, but there is no such box. Step 13 instructs to click Add Expression under Conditional Visibility, but I don't see either of those. This is a screenshot of where I am at Step 8. I am using Google Chrome. Thank you

It shows the clicking of the Configure editing button to reveal the Forms button which launches the Configure form window.

Thank you for bringing attention to this! Due to updates in ArcGIS Online, some of the functionality from the book has changed. For step 8, ensure that the Incidents_point layer is selected. Then, on the right toolbar, click Configure editing and then click Forms.
