Event of interest for your #EsriUC calendar - meet other partners and industry professionals who are passionate about a movement to create a more ethnically diverse industry. A nice event to kick off your UC week - but don't stay out too late as the plenary kicks off at 8:30 am sharp on Monday!

About Edge: EDGE stands for Ethnically Diverse Geospatial Engagement. EDGE was founded by Keith Searles from Urban GIS. It is a platform for aspiring applicants and opportunity seekers to become more aware and prepared to take advantage of jobs, internships and projects within the geospatial industry.

The purpose is to build a network of people involved with geospatial enterprises from all walks of life, who care about making a difference by assisting individuals and companies founded by people from underrepresented groups. (Source: partner company, North Point Geographic Solutions)

Note:  find the EDGE Booth (near StoryMaps and the Partner Presentation Theater and for more info you can always reach out to Keith Searles, founder, Urban GIS
