To say that the various teams here at Esri involved in planning and delivering events are busy is a huge understatement! This time of year is kind of crazy with so much in the event space on the horizon. The following are just a few of the important ones I'd like to draw your attention to.

GIS Day (Nov 20, 2024) marks its 25th anniversary this year and you're invited to participate. GIS Day is a global event that recognizes the geography, GIS, and the power of Where. GIS industry professionals are encouraged to host an event to spread enthusiasm and help people learn how to use GIS for themselves—in their work, in their schools, where they volunteer, or even for their hobbies and interests. FedGIS (Federal GIS Conference) 2025
This annual event focused on the Federal government ecosystem is all about empowering national government with ArcGIS. Come together with your peers to learn why ArcGIS is an essential decision-making platform, showing government leaders how and where to act. From defense to public health, agencies are using a geographic approach to enhance planning, support operations, and benefit society. Added bonus, there's several summits planned, including: AI Summit, Developer Summit, Imagery Summit, and a climate GIS summit. Esri Technology & Developer Summit 2025
You may know this awesome event as "DevSummit", however, moving forward it is now known as the Developer & Technology Summit. The reason... well, for years now it's been steadily growing and attracting an audience that includes many other professionals than developers (think system integrators, solution engineers, IT executives, security analysts). Energy Resources Conference, 2025, April 29-May 1, 2025
Learn what's new in GIS for the energy sector. As energy needs increase, so does the need for experienced professionals who understand the power of GIS. Join industry thought leaders from across Oil and Gas, pipeline, and renewables sectors for three days of learning and discussions about the role of GIS for energy. Customers, users, and partners are encouraged to participate! The Call for Presentations is open for the Esri Energy Resources GIS Conference in Houston. The deadline is November 15.
