Since my last question regarding this question, I have found on the internet a toolbox which I think will solve the question I am asking. It is the CollectorUtils_ArcMap.tbx, which according to this article will do what I am looking to do

However, when I try to add the toolbar to ArcMap like they say in the article, the toolbox is empty and there is no tool to run in it. All I get to is GNSSmetadataUtils. So my question is do I need to add the script to the toolbox and if so where is the script located?
