Missing DotNet Assemblies in ArcFM Solution Folder

According to the link http://resources.arcfmsolution.com/10.6.1a/DesktopSDK/webframe.html#topic169.html  the ArcFM Dotnet Assemblies are in the path :- " C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\DotNet". But this folder is not present in my ArcFM installation directory.

I want to know why the folder is missing? Please help
