UML Diagram for Network utility network

Dear All,

Is there a UML diagram or XML file for ESRI utility network model for water utility that shows the relation and the rules in a clear way? Anyone has an idea about it.

There is no UML diagram or plans for a UML diagram for any of the Industry models in the Utility Network.
