Day 1 will feature plenary presentations by industry experts who are leading location intelligence initiatives in their organizations. This day will also feature in-depth discussions on the application of location analytics for the generation of business, environmental, and societal value. Day 1 will conclude with a networking reception hosted by the University of Redlands.
Day 2 will feature case study discussions and short presentations on GIS and location analytics research and curricular aspects, in light of market demand for the next generation of spatial business professionals. Teaching resources will be shared, including a new book along with opportunities to collaborate in developing a spatial business “hub” of educational materials that can be used by participating universities.
