Share your passion and inspire the world with GIS on GIS Day, November 16th, 2022! 

 

Participate in the international celebration of GIS technology. GIS is a scientific framework for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing geographic data to help us make better decisions. On GIS Day, help others learn about geography and the real-world applications of GIS that are making a difference in our society. It's a chance for you to share your accomplishments and inspire others to discover and use GIS. Even though celebrating may look a little different this year, sharing GIS is more important than ever.

Hi Alexa,

Seems that it's not possible to register an event from the website! To reproduce navigate to the frontpage www.gisday.com , click on "Explore 101 ways..." https://www.gisday.com/en-us/101-ways , then click on "9. Host a GIS Day event in your organization to celebrate your work, and register your event with us." => When clicking on https://www.gisday.com/en-us/register you are redirected to the frontpage.

Also: Any gisday.com page ask me all the time about Cookie Settings without storing my decision which is annoying.

P.S. See also https://twitter.com/sfkeller/status/1565391781872771072 where I  (and others) hope for an answer since days.
