Too small of footprints but need bigger?

These images are in the right place but I need the footprints about 7-10 times bigger. Not sure why they are so small. The camera size when creating the workspace is FS300S. The elevation used is just the ESRI layers. Any change to these and I get all my footprints in one spot. Is there a video that shows how to do this from drone pictures. I need to get this ready so I can have students map our neighborhood this summer.
