Pipeline Spill Modelling with ArcGIS Pro, .NET and Python

Abstract

Liquids spill modelling is an important part of integrity management for the oil transportation. The automation of this process is important not only for regulatory compliance, but to assess the risk posed by ruptures in a system.

The presentation will focus on implementing a spill model using .NET and Python, along with raster and vector data processing. Furthermore, it will demonstrate the use of multi-processing to increase performance and the integration of data from a SQL environment. An example of a user-friendly tool for a complicated process, with powerful visualization.
