Abstract:
Custom Web AppBuilder widgets are a versatile solution; you can build something simple or something with the complex logic and UI of a full application. This presentation will cover how to set up and configure an environment with the latest JavaScript tools to build the most effective widgets. We will demo and review the code for a widget running a React application bundled with Webpack. The setup also includes a Gulp task runner, a Browsersync dev server, and Jest for testing.
