I'm trying to work on a tutorial app which accesses http://livefeeds.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/LiveFeeds/Wildfire_Activity/MapServer, which requires an application token. When I try to go to https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/generatetoken, there is not way to generate a token. The only thing on the page is a link to the rest API.
I'm guessing this has something to do with my organization having portal instead of AGOL. Anyone know how I can get a token?
