Newbie to this.
I'm interested in mapping activity by the SCF areas (this is the first three characters of the U.S. ZIP).
I am using (Mirco)Strategy, as it has ESRI maps built into it, but I think I need a custom kml file that would define the areas?
Example: SCF of 727 is all of the ZIP's between 72701 and 72799. I want one area for 727 instead of an area for each ZIP5.
